Modern Makeover

Our client had recently purchased this somewhat dated 80s home and wished to transform it into a more contemporary and luxurious "forever home". The project included a full gut remodel, new pool, patio, deck & landscaping. Interior work included new kitchen, master suite, new roof structure (from flat to gabled/pitched) enabling trussed ceilings. New exterior siding, windows & doors. In House Photography
The rear elevation was changed significantly. A deep roof overhang helped to unite the various components of the home. The deck was replaced with a flowing levels of patio towards the new pool
The ceiling was opened to expose the structural trusses uniting the kitchen, living room, dining room and family room in an open floor plan.
By stepping down the levels from the house to the new pool, the open feeling of the first floor was extended and expanded.
